ShooFly Logic designs and implements
Operator Interface (OI) software applications
using third-party software programs which run on standard PC and Server
hardware.
ShooFly Logic also designs and implements software programs which run on
Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC),
traditional or new soft PLCs, and typically connect via a network to PCs running
OI software.
In addition to designing application software
solutions mentioned above, ShooFly Logic also specifies and integrates the
Server/Client hardware required to complete your system installation. We
choose quality hardware and packaging based on each application's specific
environmental/operational criteria and customer requests.
In conjunction with designing and implementing PLC/OI/SCADA software
applications, ShooFly Logic also provides software application support services to
customers using legacy, proprietary
systems
previously designed, manufactured, sold and supported by Industrial Data Technologies (IDT),
formerly part of the
Eaton Electrical
division of Eaton Corp. The ShooFly Logic
partners began their professional relationship at IDT in 1985 working with these
systems: IDT-2200; ScreenLink®, ClassicMate® II; PanelMate® Series; AMI®-6000.

ShooFly Logic develops
representative, interactive OI displays which permit qualified users to monitor and control their real-time process activity. These displays are
designed using popular PC based OI packages such as Iconics Genesis32™, Rockwell RSView32™, Wonderware InTouch®,
GE Fanuc (Intellution)
iFIX and typically run on
standard PC Server and Client hardware, available in office or industrial
configurations.

In addition to designing graphic displays,
other integral functions such as Alarming, PID, Real-Time/Historical
Trending, Recipe and Database Management are utilized to provide customers
with complete, efficient, interactive control of their processes.

ShooFly Logic designs PLC programs which
run on traditional PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Modicon and GE, as
well as soft PLC, PC based control like Entivity/Steeplechase Visual Logic
Controller (VLC) and Rockwell/Allen-Bradley SoftLogix 5/5800. Below
are examples of the various types of programming ShooFly Logic uses; typical
ladder logic (top) and flow logic (bottom).
